I would like the ability to skip specific days, such as Saturdays, for certain activities without having to set non-working days by date. This feature would allow more flexibility in scheduling tasks that occasionally need to be skipped on specific days, rather than setting holidays or manually adjusting each task's schedule.

Can the estimated hours allocated to a resource be linked to the filters, so that when a filter to a specific person is selected only the estimated hours linked to that person is view in the taskgroup total instead of the total amount of all resources in that taskgroup

Is there a way to change the "max hours" per day for certain employees? For example, the default is that if an employee is assigned more than 8 hours for different projects, the cell turns red. Some of our employees are part time or only work on projects for a couple of hours a day. Is there a way to change the max from 8 to 4 or even 2 for some employees?

Ability to customise the workloads view using similar filters to the timetracking report. Workloads takes ages to load when you have alot of users and displays users who have left the company too. Would be prefereble to customise your view before asking the page to load. Include an option to download the result as CSV too please.

Workloads issues in Gantt 2.0: people are not alphabetical within folders scroll doesn't work - the people/labels and chart don't align, so its impossible to use miss the shading behind the colors - the bold numbers aren't clear enough

Currently, all workloads are visible to collaborators, which may not be ideal for all projects. It would be beneficial to have the option to restrict visibility so that only certain tasks are viewable by specific collaborators, enhancing privacy and control over project information.

It would be very helpful to upgrade the Workload dialog to include a "Monthly" view and Filters to include particular projects.
