Feature requests

I believe it would be beneficial to have an automated daily backup to CSV to ensure our information is not lost. While I can perform this task manually, it would be more efficient to have the backup emailed daily, reducing the need for manual intervention and ensuring data security.

There is no way to export the estimated vs. actual hours of a project. We have a tool that we developed in excel that allows us to copy the report. The other application we will be moving to has a way to insert hourly rates by employee and track budget internally. Here is a screen shot of what we pull from the csv in excel

It would be very helpful to have a feature where I can see and manage all the shared links in one place. This would make it easier to keep track of what has been shared and manage access more efficiently.

Would like to have a duration column in the PDF export

It would be beneficial to have the ability to download the workload view as it appears when opening a project. This feature would be similar to the existing capability to download a CSV of the project Gantt, enhancing data accessibility and analysis.

I would like to have the option to keep the vacation grey background bar visible when printing to PDF. This feature would help maintain the visual context of vacation periods in printed documents.

I need the ability to add start and end dates specifically to milestones, rather than all tasks, in the PDF export. This would provide clarity on delivery timelines for milestones without affecting other tasks.

When I export a csv, it exports all the columns that I'm able to map back in during the import, with two major exceptions: resources and actual hours. Shouldn't we be able to import those columns in, considering they are native fields?

It would be very useful to export a report of jobs assigned to people, including the specific job and task details. This would help us understand what people are working on and manage tasks more effectively.

I would like to have the ability to export a list of all my project names. This feature would help me manage and organize my projects more efficiently.
