Ability to customise the workloads view using similar filters to the timetracking report. Workloads takes ages to load when you have alot of users and displays users who have left the company too. Would be prefereble to customise your view before asking the page to load. Include an option to download the result as CSV too please.

It would be extremely helpful if clicking on a resource at a specific day in the workload matrix automatically applied a filter for that resource. This feature would streamline the process of managing resources and identifying issues.

I would like to have the ability to apply filters on the Workloads tab, similar to how filters work on the Gantt chart. This would allow me to group people from the same team together to check for overlaps, rather than having them listed in alphabetical order.
