Week numbers start at beginning of a project

TeamGantt can currently display calendar week numbers, beginning with week 1 in January: https://teamgantt.helpscoutdocs.com/article/164-displaying-week-numbers. We hear that you want a separate project-relative count where week 1 begins on the project start date.
