it would be much more convenient and faster to add successor/precedent directly from the Gantt. (like how it works in Mindnote) hovering with the mouse on the bar at the end and at the beginning “+” appears, clicking on the “+” and then on the previous or next activity there is a direct consequential link between the activities

Thanks for the detailed workflow suggestion. Creating dependencies directly from the task bars would make sequencing work faster and more visual. We’re tracking this with our Gantt dependency feedback.
