Give the option to print the reports of all report types.

Currently, the only option for printing the report is CSV export in conjunction with manual reformatting and specified print parameters.

However, any export that needs to be reformatted is an additional source of error.

Workload reports are excellent to print from the tool as the layout on the screen is almost perfect - what is missing is the print function.
