When a task must begin the same day as a milestone or the finishing date of a task, it could be good to be able to give a property for the link (like delay in days/weeks).
This could be better to make task 2 (and all tasks/milestones dependent) move according to a change of duration in the prior task 1

It is necessary to add minimum time between previous and next tasks (e.g. insole construction -> next action that involves walking on the floor at least 10 days later)
