I an on the verge of cancelling my subscription with you. Really simple tasks are made difficult and on-line help is, well, no help at all.

I create a new project and then want to replicate the structure of an existing project within it, but is keeps the old name, not the new project name and there is seemingly no way to change the name.

I’m sorry this was so frustrating. You can rename a project by hovering over the project name in Gantt view, opening the project details, and editing the name. These instructions walk through it: https://teamgantt.helpscoutdocs.com/article/106-projects. For structures you reuse regularly, project templates also let you choose a new name and start date: https://teamgantt.helpscoutdocs.com/article/19-templates.
