Hour Bank Deduction Feature

We needed a program that could automatically deduct hours from an 'Hour Bank' as the job progressed or as team members were scheduled for it. This feature would help us manage our resources more efficiently and keep track of hours in real-time. Having this capability would eliminate the need for manual tracking and allow us to display the information on an in-office TV monitor for better visibility.

Thanks for describing the hour-bank workflow. Automatically deducting scheduled or completed hours from a shared balance would make the remaining capacity easier to track and display. We’ve recorded that need.
