Lack of dependencies
Tomas Mureika
There is an obvious lack of dependencies (SF,FF, SS, etc.,) as well as the lag for successor (+/- days to next task)

Task Relationships

It would be great to allow for other types of task relationships such as Start-Start and Finish-Finish. Multiple times I have had to create unnecessary milestones in my schedules to tie-off overlapping activities.

Add more dependency options, start to start, start plus x to start (this is very common), end to end

More dependency types
Jon Hurrell
There are usually 4 types and we only seem to have access to 1 which limits the use of Team Gantt quite considerably for more complex schedules.

Dependent tasks on same date

When task 1 (T1) is issue on a day D and task 2 is dependent on T1 , the line joining T1 and T2 is read when T1 finish date and T2 beginning date are the same...
When linked, it is quite usual to begin a task the date when prior task is finished.

Allow multiple dependencies

Allow multiple outgoing dependencies to multiple other tasks (would be very handy if one task is a preparation that feeds into multiple other tasks. In my case: preparation for presentation/article feeds into multiple events, conferences and other articles)

Can we fix a dependencies in time. I mean I would start the task 2 only 6 weeks after the end of the task 1. If the task 1 finished sooner or later, I want the task 2 start still 6 weeks after.
Thanks
