Is there a way to change the "max hours" per day for certain employees? For example, the default is that if an employee is assigned more than 8 hours for different projects, the cell turns red.

Some of our employees are part time or only work on projects for a couple of hours a day. Is there a way to change the max from 8 to 4 or even 2 for some employees?
