Book appointments for specific times and physical spaces

We need to book work and appointments for specific times rather than just days, and also book physical spaces like meeting rooms. Integrating this capability into Gantt would greatly streamline our scheduling process and reduce the need for using multiple apps.

Thanks for the detail here, Georgina. TeamGantt's Calendar Feed can display assigned tasks in Google Calendar, iCal, or Outlook: https://teamgantt.helpscoutdocs.com/article/12-calendar-feed. Booking exact time slots and reservable spaces such as meeting rooms is still a distinct gap, and we hear how bringing that into one scheduling workflow would reduce app switching.
