Customize hours/day instead of just avg hours/day

When assigning hours to a resource on a task, it averages the hours over the duration of the task. Ability to override that and specific specific hours for each day.

add a maximum daily tasks option for each resource.

I work for a small video production company and we are trying out your product. Resources seem great for managing people who can multitask on different project each day, but they do not give ample warning if an asset is double booked.
For example, I want to assign cameras to different projects. If Camera A is booked on a task in Project 1 and someone tries to book it on a task in Project 2 over the same days they should get a warning. They may be able to go ahead with the booking conflict, but then there should be a persistent warning in the resource area until the conflict is resolved.
Further, to avoid a conflict, if someone is trying to add that camera to a task and some of its proposed days are already used in another task, that resource should be greyed out/red (but still selectable). That way they could easily see to select Camera B to avoid the conflict entirely.
An easy way to do this may be to add a "max daily tasks" option to each resource that we can custom set.
Also it would be helpful to have custom categories for resources i.e. Cameras, Editing stations, conference rooms etc.

Set Maximum hours per day for resources.

It seems resources are assumed to have 8 hours per day before they turn red and indicate over utilization. If I define a resource as a team, as is a suggested use case, I may want to assign that team 24 hours a day. In that case I would like the resource allocation to show red only when the resource has over 24 hours assigned to it.

Casual and Part Time Employees
Jon
We have a mix of Full-time, Part-time and Casual employees. I'd like the ability (at least with Part-timers) to adjust their availability through a normal week. For example, we have a guy who is at University on Tuesday, so I'd like a way to ensure his working week is reduced to 32 hours and tasks that are allocated over the week don't fall on a Tuesday.

There has to be a possibility to customize hours/day
